Btwenty7 Café New Ross

I want to start off by saying that my first few times visiting I had a great experience, hence why I kept coming back hoping it would get better, it has not. My main problem is with a blonde girl who works there, every time I have gotten her, my coffee has been disgusting. I myself am an experienced barista and I cannot even fathom the level of laziness and negligence it takes to produce a coffee this bad. I doubt the girl has ever even heard of adjusting the grind size. The flat white I ordered was extremely bitter (incorrect grind size) and I could obviously tell that the shots were extracted into the milk instead of extracting the shots first and pouring the milk. This is pure laziness and negligence. This is just the things I have noticed from my coffee, I don't even want to know what happens behind the scenes, however I would put good money on her reheating leftover milk (big no no). I'm not one to come back demanding a refund or replacement, but if I had a time machine I would have went to lidl and bought myself a tub of instant coffee instead. Safe to say that I have lost hope and will not be returning. I'm sorry to the few wonderful staff members who take pride in their work and make genuinely lovely coffee.

Never any Frappe powder in the New Ross franchise, not supplied enough powder as haven't been able to get one in weeks.

Food and drinks are great otherwise

Excellent cafe... Excellent choice if food. Amazing protein balls and other healthy options. Delish coffee. Highly recommend
